these hops (routers) are they all in your network? or it crossed your internet router and in the ISP domain. cause, i cant figure out the IP scheme there is. you shouldnt get class A 10.0.0.0 route outside your network (in public network) but i see plenty of public IPs before that point.
anywho, if they are outside your network, you gotta contact your ISP. if they are inside your network, then you need to check hop by hop in your network starting from hope number 2 (after 2). there is latency and packet drop. you would need to troublshoot link by link.
