what is the context of your question ? What does your topology look like ?

Like Georg, what's the topology between 192.168.10.10 and 172.16.222.1?  (BTW, a jump in latency of 50 ms, often indicates a distant WAN hop.)

BTW, potential issue with 172.16.222.1 listed at multiple consecutive hops.
