Unable to delete Dasboard in LMS 4.0

Hello

After creating a first dashboard under "my Menu" i'm not able to delete it again if this is the only one. The error message is "You cannot delete this dashboard because you are currently accessing this dashboard". Even under "Display Order" the dashboard can not be deleted. The same error message appears.

Any ideas?
