Unable to login to Cisco Prime infrastructre 1.2 appliance's Web page

I've got a brand new Cisco Prime infrastructre 1.2

• Setup Done
• i can ping to the appliance
• i can ssh

But i can't open the webpage of the Cisco Prime using https://ip_address

The Output from #NCS status

Health Monitor Server is starting.

Reporting Server is Starting

Ftp Server is running

Database server is running

Tftp Server is running

Matlab Server is running

NMS Server is stopped.

SAM Daemon is running ...

DA Daemon is running ...

Syslog Daemon is running ...

The Output from # show application status LMS

% Application LMS is not installed

Which means thats the Application is not installed ! Any idea how to install the application ( i have the DVD) i serached but couldn't find the steps to install the application from the DVD... any help would be appreciated

Boot the appliance from the DVD

OR

download the appropriate upgrade installer and run

application install

yes i booted the NCS from the DVD and installed the applications

now i have two NCS appliances one is running PI 1.2 and other LMS 4.2
