unable to open nvram:/startup-config

Hi

 

a few days ago i was asked to do a show tech to give to a support company, but the command never completed.

now i can no longer configure my switch by terminal, and i cannot terminate the user sessions.

i have followed all advices i could find for the issues :

disconnect ssh vty x doesn't do anything either.

how can i terminate the user sessions or the processes that hog the files ?

reload the switch , clears all hung processes and reset mem etc if its after getting stuck

I agree with Mark.
Reboot the switch. I suspect this is due to an IOS bug.
