Unable to select the applicable Devices in NetConfig Jobs

Hi,

I can't choose any devices when I try to launch a NetConfig Job in LMS 3.2.

I have to check in the job summary if the device on which I'll apply the job is the good one.

Unfortunately, this problem doesn't appear every time so I don't know where to look for an answer.

Hi ,

Just make sure RMEOGSServer is running , using pdshow command,

If yes, then I would request you to Update the device pacakges for RME.

Hi, Thanks for your answer. It seems that the RMEOGSServer is running well (see the attachment file).

Can you tell how can I update the device packages for RME ?
