Unable to sync configs in LMS 3.1

Hello all, When I try to sync configs in RME (4.2) I get these errors "DCMA0055: URN_NOT_FOUND : urn "JRM" : Not found !!" and "DCMA0077: Could not create job. Check dcmaclient.log for more details.". I noticed that the process CTMJrmServer is in a "waiting to initialize" state but all other processes are in the normal state. I also have the problem with jrm.log getting filling full of "Test Exception is : java.sql.SQLException: JZ0S2: Statement object has already been closed." Attached are the pdshow and dcmaclient.log files.
