Unable to update device package

Hi,

I work on LMS 3.2 and recently we change some switch. Now I have unknow device in CiscoView, the new switch is : WS-2960-48PST-L.

I see I can update device package to integrate new devices. I have c2960v5.0 package but i need the v6.0. But when I try to update with device update, I have a message say : No updates available in Cisco.com for selected product.

Does anyone have any tips?

Hi ,

download the Patch for this bug :CSCto46927  from cisco.com and Installed the Patch ..then try to update the Device packages , I hope it should work.

Thanks for response, I will check and let you know the issue.

Edit : Works now. With a CCO account, I have dl the patch LMS 3.2.1. With this, I could update device package.
