Upgrade CiscoWorks LMS 3.2 to LMS 4.0

HI

I need to know if the Serial Number on Cisco LMS 3.2 LMS is used to update to 4.0? Or you need a new serial adquerir to LMS 4.0 for update?

Softwares doesn't have any serial numbers, but they do have part number to be ordered.

However for upgrade there are two things :

1. You are eligible for upgrade under you SAS/SASU contract and you can order the upgrade media online via : www.cisco.com/upgrade.

2. You have to purchase upgrade license from Cisco Sales or partner and add this detail to existing contract which covers old LMS 3.x.
