I'm going to upgrade very soon from LMS v3.2 to v4.0, and I want to back up all my router and switch configurations just in case anything goes wrong at any point. Is there some sort of document I should look at that contains a brief on:
If someone could help me out with the above info, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

If anything is wrong with the backup you will have an error message. Also could double check in the backup.log file that the backup was succesfull.

Hey Svatlana,
Appreciated the quick response. I seem to be unable to access the first link, it says it's Forbidden. Could you give me the name of the document perhaps? My collegue has higher access to the CW website but even he is unable to access the document behind that link.
Thanks!
