Solved: Upgrade - Prime Infrastructure 3.9 to 3.10

Hello everyone! I am planning to upgrade the current version of Prime 3.9 > 9.10. Restoring a backup 3.9 on a new VM with 3.10 (ESXi7.x, old was 6.x). I have two questions:

1. Do I need to use the same ip address and hostname?

2. How will licenses be transferred?

- You don't need to use the same ip address and hostname , licenses will be included in the transfer automatically because they are part of the backup ,
