Upgrading WS-C2960-24PC-L fail on web Device Manager

I experience troubles with web device manager after being update Cisco catalyst WS-C2960-24PC-L
 on latest SW Version. Device manager is opening fine on its address: http://192.168.xx.xx/  but after that its frozen and links are broken, simply cannot navigate trough the setup options. Can you please help with this..  many thanks

Ok, all the HTML files are there.
Have you tried using different browsers?

yes, i tried, explorer, mozila, chrome, safari... everywhere is the same.. the thing is that just before i upgrade new version, everything was working fine, no problems. no matter which browser i was using..
