Hello

I'm running Cisco LMS 3.2 on a Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2.

Products installed:

CiscoWorks Common Services 3.3.0
Campus Manager 5.2.1
CiscoView 6.1.9
CiscoWorks Assistant 1.2.0
Device Fault Manager 3.2.0
Internetwork Performance Monitor 4.2.0
Integration Utility 1.9.0
LMS Portal 1.2.0
Resource Manager Essentials 4.3.1

Since some days I receive this error when I want to open the UserTracker-Results over the WebGUI:

Application error: URN_NOT_FOUND : urn "ogs_server_urn" : Not found !!.

When I try to acces the DB via CLI I get this error:

orbProperties={org.omg.CORBA.ORBInitialPort=42342, org.omg.CORBA.ORBClass=org.ja

Does anybody know how to resolve this issue? I couldn't find anything on the internet.

Thanks

Dominik

Shutdown Daemon Manager, then replace your ctm_config.txt files with these two versions.  Then restart Daemon Manager, and see if UT is working again.

This sounds like CSCsz79649.  Post the ctm_config.txt files under NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/webapps/campus/WEB-INFlib and NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/webapps/cmapps/WEB-INF/lib.

Hi jclark

I've attached a ZIP file which contains both files.

Thank you for your help

It looks like this solved my problem.

Thanks a lot, jclark!
