User Tracking customed report

Hello,

I have problems with my User tracking customed reports after migrating in 2.5.1 with

Campus Manager 4.0.3.

The result is a blank page.

How many end hosts do you have in User Tracking? What are your custom report criteria?

Hello, I have 1500 end hosts and 1200 IP Phones.I can't get the page of custom report so no criteria could be seen.

Okay. I assumed you got this blank page when running a report. So exactly where do you go to see a blank page?

when I go to:

Campus User Tracking -> Reports -> Custom Reports.

Check your Cmapps.log as well as NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/logs/stdout.log for errors when you reproduce this behavior in the browser.
