User tracking doesn't find wireless users

Hey,

I have a little problem with user tracking in ciscoworks lms 3.0 campus manager 5.0.1

He discovers all the devices, including the access points. But when I use User Tracking he doesn't find the users on those access points.

Any idea how to solve this or what the problem might be?

never mind, fixed the problem.

but stumbled on another one, he finds the users now but he doesn't connect them to the access points, instead he goes a step further and connects them to the device the access point is connected to. is there a way to correct this.

Because now I cannot see to which access point the user is connected.

or do I have to install extra software.

which would kinda be stupid since lms 3.0 provides an end host wireless report, but then wouldn't be capable in collecting them
