Usertracking user configuration

Hello everybody,

I have a ciscoworks LMS 3.2 and I want to try usertracking utility 2.0 .  Everythings are good in my report on web interface: hostname, ip address....

But when I configure my usertracking utility, i don't know which user I must use.  I have try with my web interface username but it's not OK no data from server.

Which username and login , I must try ?

How I create this user in web interface?

Hi ,

You can use Ciscoworks Admin User for User Tracking Utility . Also , you can create a new user in Ciscoworks from

Common Services > Server > Security > Single-Server Management > Local User Setup.

I try with admin pasword and my usertracking utility returns the same problem ( verifiy server address and port: in my case ssl on port 443) at the first connection, I have the certificat approvment that why I conclude that my adress and port server are OK.

Do you know a troubleshooting method ? log file....
