Using EEM to pass SNMPv3 to external bearer

I am trying to use EEM to query an externally connected bearer via SNMP V3 and enact QoS and Bandwidth changes based on the bearer feedback.  (Using 5915 router) . The bearer device uses SHA and AES 128

I noticed, via a wireshark capture, that if I try and do an snmp get to a remote device from the CLI the username is past but not the encryption key

The SNMP actions in EEM don't support SNMPv3.  How are you sending these requests?

Ah, okay. You're using the SNMP proxy feature. I looked at the code, and it looks like this only supports noAuthNoPriv. I don't believe there is a way to do a full authPriv query from the device. I have asked for v3 support within EEM, but I don't have an ETA.
