We have Vandyke SecureCRT and SecureFX version 9.1. There are no issues connecting to our switches with SecureCRT or FX. We can see the underlying file system and move files; however, when attempting to do this with Cisco Prime Infrastructure version 3.10 virtual we get a return that Authentication is successful but it won't show the file system.
There's nothing in show logging | inc XXXXX for the client IP, the prime IP or various forms of securefx, SecureFX etc...
Has anyone tried this succesfully or know of a setting within the prime configuration that would deny a 3rd party app from accessing?
We are using SFTP but I've tried HTTP, HTTPS, SCP to gain access.
