VG202XM Unsupported Cisco Device in PI 2.2

Hi all,

my VG202XM shows up in Prime Infrastructure 2.2 as "unsupported Cisco device". Latest device pack is installed - what went wrong?

Check if the device is listed in the supported device list (excel sheet) -

I am adding voice gateways to Prime 2.2 and the device type is showing up as "Unsupported Cisco Device". I have the latest device package installed which is 2.0. When will these devices be supported? I understand they aren't in the 'spreadsheet' but when will they be added?
