VLAN Not getting an IP

Catalyst 3850-24S-S Switch configured as core switch, VLANs for telephone system, network and Wifi are working fine as the end devices are also Cisco.

But we have Fire alarm  (Edwards Detection and alarm) Vlan161 and BMS (Honeywell Alerton) Systems which are not communicating with the Switch and we cant get any traffic from them, even though we tried to connect normal laptop and we tried to configure a different VLAN and add those systems to it.

Hello.

As i know, bacnet is not an ip protocol. If you want to resolve current problem, try bacnet/ip.

if kapydan88s solution is not working i dont know these systems but anything at ip level first thing you need off the local end system is a mac to be broadcast out, you can check that on local ports you see a mac address and then check ip arp , make sure mac resolves if its uses ip at all it resolves mac at layer 2 to ip at layer for communication
