VMS Workflow Management

Hi ,

I am setting up workflow management on VMS and am having some trouble getting it to work.

Does someone have some additional information on setting up , I do have the MC for FW 1.3.2 user guide but am having some trouble understanding/following the steps.

To briefly explain, I set up a user with Network Operator user rights who creates an activity and within that activity for approval.

I then setup a user with Approval access who can then logon and approve the activity.

However when the Network Operator logs on he is unable to submit the activity, so in other words the activities never move out of the activity list to the "job management "

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have checked the privileges for the Network Operator role in case you have ACS used for authorization.
