Want to shutdown interface when monthly threshold of total download is met!

Dear all,

I have an ISP that is giving us bandwidth of 100 Mbps, 600 GB for one month and extra charges will be added for any download/upload incurred after 600 GB. I have Cisco 2911. I want to shutdown the interface facing ISP (Gig0/0) as soon as the total download of 590GB limit is met for the month, so that I may inform the management for further action to be taken.

I wrote a policy to monitor traffic usage over 4G LTE connections and it can be updated to monitor any interface.
