We are looking to deploy Prime Infrastructure in a managed services capacity to monitor multiple customer networks. We would like to configure two routers on a customer WAN to perform IP SLA testing and be able to monitor and alert on it in Prime. Is this possible or recommended?
Can anyone elaborate on what features Prime Infrastructure offers in this regard?

I have this concern too. My customer has Prime Infra 1.2 and wants to use IP SLA feature to monitor the traffic, so I try to fine IP SLA feature in PI 1.2 but can't find it. So I browse in Cisco website and it seems that Prime Infrastructure 1.2 doesn't have IP SLA feature unlike LMS 4.2. Therefore, we have to wait until IP SLA migrating into Prime Infra 2.x .....Please someone clarify if I am misunderstood.

Hi
Prime Infrastructure does not yet support IP SLA natively.
A workaround you could try is to manually define the SLAs on the routers and then define Custom SNMP templates in Prime Infrastructure and poll whatever information you might consider relevant.
As far as I know, there are plans to support IP SLA in Prime Infrastructure.
