What connectivity does Netconfig use to push out config changes?

I cannot push out any netconfig changes? Does netconfig use ssh? I do not have ssh configured on my devices. The output reads as: -

ERROR:RME_CDL1031:Transport session to device failed

Failed to establish SSH connection to "ip address" - Cause: Device is Unreachable .

What version of RME is this?

RME 4.0

Go to RME -> Admin -> Config Management

For Application Name, select NetConfig

That will list the protocols that NetConfig will use

If there is more than one, it will start with the first one, and move to next one if the first one fails.
