If you mean when the config is backed up by LMS, yes, this can happen depending on the version of LMS and the version of code running on the ASA. RME needs to enter config mode to disable the output pager on certain versions of ASA OS (i.e. to enter the "no pager" command). Newer versions of LMS and ASA code should not be affected.
