Where can I find netflow fields details?

Hi,

I have a sampled netflow log in csv. Is there a documentation that will explains what every column means? example, "input, output, first, last, tos, acl_flag etc. Some looks very direct but I'm just guessing of the the terms and I want to check if my guessing is correct.
