In xe-os, you can apply the service tcp-keepalive in / out command.
However, I cannot find a command to apply this feature in nexus nx-os.
Please advise whether it is applied by default or whether a separate command exists.
thank you

What specific NX-OS? Have you checked that version's documentation and/or contacted TAC?
This post, https://community.cisco.com/t5/data-center-switches/nexus-5k-similar-commands/td-p/2568425 , seems to say, according to TAC, these commands will be supported later. Later may not yet be now (if ever).
