WLC-PI-MSE is connected, but Active clients are not included in MSE.

Although WLC-PI-MSE was linked,

Active Clients are not counted in MSE.

And the client is displayed in PI, but is not visible on the map.

PI  and MSE , long time since i've used it
but I recall you need to assign the map to the MSE , has this been done ?

step 7: It is optional to assign maps and synchronize MSE services.

optional in above text does not mean you can skip this step,
you need to assign a map to  the MSE if you want to process the data for this map, 
but you can assign different maps to different MSE's
so every time you create/add a map you need to assign this to an MSE
