Working with Nexus switches

We have just installed some Nexus 5020s.  From within Ciscoworks (3.2) we do not seem to be able to connect via SSH.  Running a credential verification on the devices returns blank for SSH: not an error or OK but blank.  I have updated any relevant device packages but without success.

We can SSH directly into the switches, and I have done this successfully from our Ciscoworks Server using the Ciscoworks username and password.

Any suggestions?

Troubleshooting credential verification is tough.  It's easier to troubleshoot config archive jobs.  When you run a config archive jub using SSH as the transport, what error do you get?
