wrong alarm for non exisiting interface

we have prime 3.7 and it gives on one of our 9006 ASR router that serial interfacex/x/x is down then up again and actully on router there is no serial interfaces nor we have any log that shown an interface went down also when we check device on prime we couldnt find any serial interface
