We have had a very weird issue, recently we deployed ips & malware license, I have been informed that there is an issue between bkp server and one of its client, so they removed ips and malware but the problem stil exist noting that there is no logs ...

i have two power supplies and both are lighting green but on cli i can find that the slot 2 in shut , i cannot determine which one is lot 2 since there is no label beside them. is it from left to right always 

we have prime 3.7 and it gives on one of our 9006 ASR router that serial interfacex/x/x is down then up again and actully on router there is no serial interfaces nor we have any log that shown an interface went down also when we check device on prime...

Ok so the status of this bug is fixed and there is no workaround shown nor Known Fixed Releases. Am i missing something.Also in 3.8 release note ( March update) its exist under resolved caveats but here  (April update) its under affected Releases
