2 ISP NAT and PBR issue

it's about 2 ISP with NAT and PBR issue....here is my scenario：
i have an ASA 5508 with 2 isp boardband (assume each has 255 IP). and i have 3 subnet in office. 10.0.0.x/24 ; 10.0.1.x/24 ; 10.0.2.x/24
i want the 10.0.2.x go isp-2 (202.0.0.1). others go isp-1(101.0.0.1)
and some special IP (10.0.0.100) go ISP-2 (202.0.0.200).  

how to make it work?

about nat , i wanna know if i define subnet 10.0.1.x go isp1, then define 10.0.1.100 go isp2,

what happen?

and i in route-map, i configure match ip addr xxxxx, but cannot found set ip next-hop

what happen?
