A new encryption algorithm and features in the router

I'm a programmer , and create a new and rare algorithm for data encryption ,it's not derived from other encryption algorithms.
I need to communicate with one of expert team to showcase it, to check if it is of great benefit (as I see so far) so we can be used in protection software.

+ I also developed a new feature in the router gives it an extra protection feature, which allows this added in high-protection router without the use of extra devices.

How to view these works? And who should I communicate?

if this not exist in the market you invited then, you need to do patent first

- As for the encryption algorithm, I've already got the copyright.
- As for the modifications of the router, my invited is not exist in the market , and I currently have copyright for the engineering and algorithm design for the modifications, but I do not have the technical resources or devices necessary to manufacture the first version, for which I obtain a full patent,

But I can quickly get the copyright for the engineering and software design.
- Is this enough ?
- I see that the encryption algorithm has nothing to do with the router's improvements. Can I offer it as a standalone cipher system without a patent?

- Can I collaborate with a person or company to produce a prototype for router improvements?
