Acceptable CPU usage on PIX 515

Has anyone got any information on acceptable CPU usage on PIX, my reason for asking is that I am constantly observing 88 – 91% CPU usage on our PIX 515 running 6.2(1), I can not find any information on cisco.com.

Any ideas / thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

i guess the pix is working too hard.

how many user is the pix serving?

is it running 3des and processing many crypto traffic?

also verify whether the pix is under some sort of attack such as dos.
