ACL auto shifting

Hi All,

I have three different ISPs and three ACLs. When ever anyone ISP goes down I have to shift manually all IPs to another ACL to run internet. Is there any way to shift all IPs automatically? 

Please help me out to get rid of this again and again manually.

I dont know why you dont apply three ACL one for each ISP.

But anyway 

You can use EEM to add ACL under ISP interface when event detect down of other ISP.
