I was just having a look around our ACS which we use to authenticate wireless users with AD and stumbled across the 'Authentication Report'. I can see entries for the same user seconds apart 'Failed', 'Passed', 'Failed', 'Passed' etc. with the failure reason being 'AccountDisabled'. This seems to be happening for quite a number of users including myself and although I haven’t seen any major issues connecting to the wireless I wonder if I can improve it by eliminating this problem?
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to tracking down the cause?
