Hi,
we've a Cisco ASAv licensed in Permanent License Reservation mode. We can't use standard Smart License or Satellite communications way.
Basic license was inserted into Smart Account and it was installed correctly, using License Reservation wizard between License Portal and ASAv request code.
OK.
Now, we can't proceed to install additional license, in this case more AnyConnect session license.
This our license is present and "usable" into Smart Account but, if using same steps, Smart Portal notify that
"ASAv request code was already used".
CLI command used from ASAv for basic license was:
"license smart reservation request universal" (and we don't see any other command about...)
Same command use for additional license appear ad unusable.
There is another specific request cli command, for install additional licenses in Permanent mode ...?
