allowing traffic from outside to inside for DVR

Hi,

I trying to allow traffic from outside to inside to monitor the DVR from outside on both laptop(accessing through web browser) and mobile application, but it did not work, I configure nating on my router as show below

* ip nat inside source static tcp 10.10.10.102 8080 192.168.1.1  8080

* ip nat inside source static tcp 10.10.10.102 5554 192.168.1.1 5554

* ip nat inside for internal interface and ip nat outside for external interface.

and I allowed port forwarding in modem for both ports 8080/5554

the attached shows my senario of the connection, so kindly any suggestion how the allow the traffic work
