Not sure what is going on with TAC, but throughout this whole year they have been completely horrible and incompetent; so far have this year they been unable to resolve the majority of the tickets I opened (when they respond).
I had one guy that could not figure out the issue so he just closed the case without notifying me and entered a bogus reason code as the resolution. I have emailed their managers and do not receive a reply from them either.
Did something change?
