Actually you need a specific license for anyconnect mobile
A. The Mobile license is a fixed license on top of the existing number of licensed Secure Socket Layer (SSL) users. It can be used either with a Premium SSL VPN license or an AnyConnect Essentials license. To order the AnyConnect Mobile license for a...Product License Registration for AnyConnect Mobile ( registered customers only) . If you have specific questions on Mobile license requirements, send an e-mail toac-mobile-license-request@cisco.com.
And you will be fine with the version you are currently running

As Julio says, your current version is OK.
8.0(4) is the actually the minimum required ASA version to support AnyConnect Mobile license.
The license is a nominal cost (just under ~$100 US).
