I have a ASA 5520 with ASA Version 9.1(1) and ASDM Version 7.1(2). Right now when I go to monitoring I can view logs in the Log Buffer. When I go to the Real-Time Log Viewer I have nothing. What do I need to change so that I can view real time logs?

Hi,
You have ASDM logging set at notifications right now.
Increase it to Debugging and then you should be able to view all the logs on the ASDM real time logs.

Do you by chance have Netflow configured on the ASA? If so, try to uncheck "disable redundant syslog messages" check box.
Path in ASDM: Configuration > Device Management > Logging > NetFlow

Hi Marius I am not using Netflow on the ASA but I checked that location anyways it is unchecked. Any more hints?
