Hi,
We have a simple site-to-site VPN setup with two ASA 5506-X's. We're tunneling all traffic (including internet-bound) from site A to site B. Site A has two internal subnets in use. I know you can't assign multiple IP's to a single interface on an ASA, so I assigned the gateway for the second subnet to the 2nd interface on the ASA, and had the on-site tech plug both "inside" interfaces into the LAN. From what he described, it sounds like it caused a loop. I don't understand why though, as the inside interfaces of the ASA are not switchports, and not part of a BVI.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
