To my understanding the ASA provides a really basic DHCP service. I'm not sure what you are after though. Do you mean excluding some addresses or reserving for some certain hosts and if yes then for what reason?
You can attach only one range of addresses to be serviced through DHCP. There is no command to exclude addresses from the DHCP pool range like with routers.
Also the DHCP pool is to my understanding limited to 255 addresses per interface.
So if you need something more than a basic DHCP I'd suggest handling the DHCP somewhere else.
