I think you need to give a lot better description on your situation and what you are trying to do before you will get any answers to this. Other than the ones I'm writing now and are asking for information.
One guess might be that the software image from the ASA firewalls flash has been erased? Or there is some other problem which takes ASA to Rommon. I haven't personally run into these ever so I'm not the best person to comment.
