ASA 5525 need help with SNMPv3

I am trying to set this up for SolarWinds, this works a few of my other ASAs. I need some help.

ASA Version 9.8

CMI as follows:

ASA(config)# snmp-server group ALL-ACCESS v3 priv
ASA(config)# snmp-server user SNMPnetwork ALL-ACCESS v3 auth sha SNMPword priv aes 256 SNMPnetwork
ASA(config)# snmp-server host inside 10.22.33.44 version 3 priv SNMPnetwork

snmp-server host inside 10.22.38.107 version 3 priv SNMPnetwork
                                                                           ^
ERROR: % Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

ASA(config)# snmp-server host inside 10.22.33.44 version 3 ?

Current available user name(s):
ASA(config)# snmp-server host inside 10.22.33.44 version 3
ERROR: % Incomplete command
NOC-SIP-ASA(config)# show snmp-server user

Any ideas?
