unable to access internet, packet tracer from inside to STC shows that packets allowed but still can not access internet. hereinafter ASA configuration.

The config is highly insecure, but at least it looks correct for accessing the outside network.
How do you test? Only with ping or also with real traffic?
To make ping work you need the following config:
policy-map global_policy class inspection_default inspect icmp
Can you ping the internet from the ASA?
