Is there a process guide on replacing an SSD in a ASA 5525X after the SSD has been RMA'd and we have a new one to replace it. The SFR module was unresponsive. I have looked and I have not finding a specific guide for this process.

Once you physically install it as noted in the link provided by @marce1000, you will need to reimage it using the correct version of Firepower services software.

Thank you for the reply. This is exactly what I was looking for. It notes that the ASA 5545-X and ASA 5555-X models will automatically reconfigure the module. Do you know if that is the same for the ASA 5525-X?

The 5525-X won't reconfigure since they do not have dual SSDs in a RAID 1 configuration.
You need to follow to procedure I linked to reimage
