Dears,

I have ASA 5540 which was working absolutely perfect all of the sudden it went power off , i disconnected from the network and i saw any physical failures  but i couldn't found anything and i kept it ON under observation for 12 hrs out of the network and it was working fine, I reconnected to the network and after sometime it went power off with no logs on console,

what can be issue of getting power off, becz it  goes power off once it is connected to the network.

Thanks.

Did the ASA generate a crashdump.info file when it shutdown?  If so, you can upload that to Cisco for analysis.

Check for it with  "dir" command.

Dears,

I am following the below link to enable crashdump info. and the below commands for the crash info apart from these commands do we need to enable anything.

no crashinfo console disable

no crashinfo save disable
