ASA and AD

I have an ASA 7.2(2) and I have a situation where I have to groups of users (students and staff) I am using WebVpn. So when I log into the webvpn page I get a dropdown with the 2 groups and when I login to Staff I get the staff services and if a student user tries to log into staff group they fail. I am using windows AD to authenticate. How do I get the Staff user to go the the OU=Staff in the AD and same for students.

can't you create a seperate group with the propper policies for both?
