ASA-CSC with TMCM 3.5

Hi,

Currently my Cisco CSC-SSM is online with TMCM 3.5 using MCP.I was unable to login to my CSC-SSM module MANUALLY (without SSO)through the TMCM3.5 even though I have provided the right credentials. Could anyone advice me how to troubleshoot this matter?
